Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Dry Vermouth30 ml
- Absinthe7.5 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh7.5 ml
- Water15 ml
Method
- Add gin, dry vermouth, absinthe, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
