Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky30 ml
- Cherry brandy22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Blood orange juice22.5 ml
- Red bitter liqueur5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, rosso/sweet vermouth, blood orange juice, red bitter liqueur, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
