Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur22.5 ml
- Apple juice30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup5 ml
- Vanilla bitters3 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add scotch whisky, pear and cognac liqueur, apple juice, fresh lime juice, vanilla sugar syrup, vanilla bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
