Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves6
- Vodka45 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- White peach purée37.5 ml
Method
- Add vodka, bianco/blanco vermouth, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and white peach purée to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
