Ingredients
- Absinthe3 dash
- Gin60 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Orange Liqueur15 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
Method
- Add absinthe, gin, gentian liqueur, dry vermouth, orange liqueur, and honey and water syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
