- Cinnamon syrup3/8 oz
- Simple syrup3/8 oz
- Falernum1/4 oz
- Orgeat Syrup1/4 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice1 oz
- Heavy cream3/4 oz
- Egg white1 oz
- Sparkling Water1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake gin, bénédictine, cinnamon syrup, simple syrup, falernum, orgeat, lemon juice, heavy cream, and egg white in shaker
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
