- Simple syrup3/8 oz
- Falernum1/4 oz
- Orgeat1/4 oz
- Lemon juice1 oz
- Heavy cream3/4 oz
- Egg white1 oz
- Soda water1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake gin, bénédictine, cinnamon syrup, simple syrup, falernum, orgeat, lemon juice, heavy cream, and egg white in shaker
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
