Ingredients
- Scotch whisky50 ml
- Pastis10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, pastis, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
