- fresh Passion fruit2
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice45 ml
- Passion fruit syrup15 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add fresh passion fruit, gin, fresh lemon juice, and passion fruit syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with soda water
