Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Apricot liqueur20 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice20 ml
- Grenadine syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Dry-shake gin, apricot liqueur, fresh orange juice, grenadine syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and orange bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
