Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh37.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
