Ingredients
- Gin37.5 ml
- Rosolio Bergamotto10 ml
- Lychee liqueur5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Champagne45 ml
Method
- Add gin, rosolio bergamotto, lychee liqueur, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
