Ingredients
- Tennessee whiskey20 ml
- Papaya juice30 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Champagne45 ml
Method
- Add tennessee whiskey, papaya juice, honey and water syrup, fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with champagne
