Ingredients
- Grappa45 ml
- Grapefruit Juice20 ml
- Rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. Santoni)15 ml
- Chamomile/Camomile liqueur10 ml
Method
- Add grappa, grapefruit juice, rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. santoni), and chamomile/camomile liqueur to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
