- Manzanilla sherry10 ml
- Apple sugar syrup10 ml
- Kombucha75 ml
Method
- Add irish whiskey, manzanilla sherry, apple sugar syrup, and kombucha to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
