- Bourbon whiskey30 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Orange Curaçao5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice5 ml
- Pineapple Juice5 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
- Creole bitters1 dash
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, orange curaçao, fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, absinthe, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
