Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Sloe Gin30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Orgeat syrup7.5 ml
- Vanilla bitters6 drop
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, orgeat syrup, vanilla bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
