Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin60 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth10 ml
- Absinthe5 ml
- Water5 ml
Method
- Add old tom gin, bianco/blanco vermouth, absinthe, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
