Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Hazelnut liqueur20 ml
- Krupnik liqueur20 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, hazelnut liqueur, krupnik liqueur, honey and water syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
