Ingredients
- Red bitter liqueur60 ml
- Ginger syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Creole bitters3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake red bitter liqueur, ginger syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), and creole bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
