Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Whipping cream15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, maraschino liqueur, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), and whipping cream in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
