Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Absinthe7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Champagne60 ml
Method
- Add gin, absinthe, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with champagne
