Ingredients
- Amaretto liqueur60 ml
- Red bitter liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake amaretto liqueur, red bitter liqueur, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
