Ingredients
- Birch eau-de-vie30 ml
- Gentian liqueur20 ml
- Rosolio Bergamotto20 ml
- Red bitter liqueur10 ml
Method
- Add birch eau-de-vie, gentian liqueur, rosolio bergamotto, and red bitter liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
