Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Cherry brandy15 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice25 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, fresh orange juice, and orange bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
