Ingredients
- Bourbon bonded-strength60 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Amaro (e.g. CioCiaro)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add bourbon bonded-strength, cynar/carciofo amaro, amaro (e.g. ciociaro), aromatic bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
