Ingredients
- Bourbon Whiskey6 oz
- Dark Rum2 oz
- Whole Milk6 oz
- Heavy Cream2 oz
- Powdered Sugar3 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg1 tsp
Method
- Combine bourbon, rum, milk, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in blender or shaker
- Shake hard with ice (or pulse in blender)
- Strain into chilled coupes or pour over ice from carafe
- Dust each with fresh-grated nutmeg; yields 4 servings
