Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin67.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup22.5 ml
- Orange flower water5 ml
- Egg White30 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
- Top up with Soda from siphon
Method
- Dry-shake old tom gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, egg white, whipping cream, and top up with soda from siphon in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with orange flower water
