Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Absinthe7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Chartreuse Green7.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, absinthe, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and chartreuse green in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
