- Cynar/carciofo amaro7.5 ml
- Red bitter liqueur7.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
Method
- Add gin, cynar/carciofo amaro, red bitter liqueur, and rosso/sweet vermouth to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
