Ingredients
- Gin22.5 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, red bitter liqueur, rosso/sweet vermouth, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
