Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur30 ml
- Vermouth alla vaniglia30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Egg (white and yolk)1 whole
Method
- Dry-shake gin, red bitter liqueur, vermouth alla vaniglia, rich simple syrup, saline solution 4:1, and egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
