Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, red bitter liqueur, amaro (e.g. montenegro), fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
