Ingredients
- Sloe Gin40 ml
- Fino sherry30 ml
- Gentian liqueur20 ml
Method
- Add sloe gin, fino sherry, and gentian liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
