Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh15 ml
- Fernet liqueur7.5 ml
- Orange Liqueur7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, fernet liqueur, orange liqueur, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
