Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv45 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo15 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Chinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)15 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, orange-red aperitivo, cynar/carciofo amaro, chinato (barolo/barbera/grignolino), and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
