Ingredients
- Oude genever30 ml
- Peated malt whisky20 ml
- Ginger liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Ginger bitters3 drop
Method
- Add oude genever, peated malt whisky, ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and ginger bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
