Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Peach liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Maple syrup10 ml
- Ginger syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, peach liqueur, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
