Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Dry Vermouth22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, dry vermouth, rosso/sweet vermouth, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
