Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky60 ml
- Absinthe2.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg White20 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, absinthe, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
