Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Amontillado sherry22.5 ml
- Peach liqueur5 ml
- Honey and water syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, amontillado sherry, peach liqueur, and honey and water syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
