- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Crème de violette15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Water15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, cognac (brandy), crème de violette, egg white (pasteurised), rich simple syrup, and water in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
