Ingredients
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)50 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)20 ml
Method
- Dry-shake amaro (e.g. montenegro), fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
