Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves7
- Gin60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Peach bitters2 dash
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and peach bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
