Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Peated malt whisky20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Ginger bitters8 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add scotch whisky, peated malt whisky, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, ginger bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
