Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky30 ml
- Elderflower liqueur25 ml
- Scotch whisky15 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Sparkling Water45 ml
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, elderflower liqueur, scotch whisky, gentian liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
