Ingredients
- Poteen/Poitín50 ml
- Aromatized wine20 ml
- Gentian liqueur10 ml
- Elderflower liqueur10 ml
- Rosemary syrup10 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Add poteen/poitín, aromatized wine, gentian liqueur, elderflower liqueur, rosemary syrup, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
