Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves2
- Gin30 ml
- Chartreuse Yellow7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, chartreuse yellow, fresh lemon juice, and honey and water syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
