Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Gin50 ml
- White crème de menthe5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, white crème de menthe, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
