Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Orange Curaçao15 ml
- Raspberry syrup5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Absinthe3 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, orange curaçao, raspberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, absinthe, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
