Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Aniseed liqueur60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup22.5 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add aniseed liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
